Ecomm Shop's terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including our Affiliate Program and Shop to Earn Cashback Program (collectively, the "Services"). Eligibility

Affiliate Program
Our Affiliate Program allows members to earn commissions on purchases and sales referred through their unique affiliate link. To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must first register and be approved as an affiliate. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
As an affiliate, you agree to promote our Services and our partner merchants in a legal and ethical manner. You may not engage in spamming, false or deceptive advertising or any other practices that are deemed to be unethical or harmful to our Services or our partner merchants. You are solely responsible for any content or materials that you create or distribute in connection with your promotion of our Services.
We will track referrals and calculate commissions according to the terms of our Affiliate Program. We reserve the right to modify the terms of our Affiliate Program at any time, including the commission rates and payment terms. We will pay commissions within 30 days of the end of each calendar month, provided that the total commission owed to you is at least P1,000. If the total commission owed to you is less than P1,000, it will be carried over to the next month.
Shop to Earn Cashback Program
Our Shop to Earn Cashback Program allows members to earn cashback on their purchases made through our platform. To participate in the Shop to Earn Cashback Program, you must first register and be approved as a member. We reserve the right to accept or reject any membership application at our sole discretion.
As a member of the Shop to Earn Cashback Program, you agree to make purchases only through our platform and to comply with the terms and conditions of our partner merchants. We are not responsible for any issues or disputes related to your purchases, including but not limited to delivery, returns, refunds, and warranties.
We will track your purchases and calculate cashback according to the terms of our Shop to Earn Cashback Program. We reserve the right to modify the terms of our Shop to Earn Cashback Program at any time, including the cashback rates and payment terms. We will pay cashback within 30 days of the end of each calendar month, provided that the total cashback owed to you is at least P1,000. If the total cashback owed to you is less than P1,000, it will be carried over to the next month.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials on our website and Services, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Ecomm Shop or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission from Ecomm Shop.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content on our website or the content of any websites linked to our website. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of our website, any failures, delays, or interruptions in the availability of our website or Services, any losses or damages arising from the use of our website or Services, or any conduct by users of our website or Services.

THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF ECOMM SHOP TO YOU UNDER THIS CONTRACT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSION OR CASHBACK PAID TO YOU DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ecomm Shop and our affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your use of our Services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the Philippine Mediation Center (PMC) rules, and if unable to resolve the dispute through mediation, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the PMC rules. The place of arbitration shall be in Quezon City, Philippines.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ecomm Shop with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. These Terms may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both Parties. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and we will provide notice of any significant changes through our website or by other means. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
