At Ecomm Shop, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund for returns within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in its original packaging and condition
The product must not have been used or installed
The product must be returned with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation
The product must be returned with valid proof of purchase from the Ecomm Shop.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:
Custom or personalized products
Digital products (such as e-books or software downloads)
Products that have been used or opened
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Our team will assist you with the return process and provide you with a return shipping label. Once we have received the returned product and confirmed that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. In the case of defective or damaged products, Ecomm Shop will cover the cost of return shipping.
